Step1: Add the carrots and water to a food processor. Process on high until the carrots are blended into a smooth texture. Step 2: Pour the carrot pulp into a colander lined with a cheesecloth. Let the juice naturally pass through the cheesecloth, then gather the corners and squeeze the remaining juice from the carrot pulp.
